Go to Create Lists | Review file. Create a 200,000 review file to match on, looking for 959 (law) and 955 fields. 959 fields are created by law coverage loads so create a review file looking for that field in any bib record. This way the system will only create bib records for those not created in the first coverage load. This also prevents ERM from attaching holdings to our print bibs.
Search Records gives you a popup to search for Term 1 Type =BIBLIOGRAPHIC Field =MARC Tag Condition=has Value A=ERM and Insert Line Term 2 Operator=OR Type=BIBLIOGRAPHIC Field= MARC Tag 955 Condition=has Value A=ERM
In ERM, select file from the desktop and continue. This makes it into a text file.
