Creating Contact Records

Contacts - Contact records contain name and address information for resource vendors.

To create a new contact record, do the following:

  • Change the current mode to Contacts.
  • Choose File | New Record | Contact Record.
  • Select template basict: Basic Contact.  | Select. 

  • Fill out the template using pop up boxes. Contact Code you make up ex. bl for Bloomberg Law.  Fill out the rest with what information you have available, one box at a time.

 

  • Contact Person will pull up all the information in the box below to fill out.

 

 

·         Save the Contact Record.
